I love them. The meat yield is bigger than mourning dove and just as good.

Breast them out, put a pickled jalapeño between the breasts, wrap in bacon and BBQ…tasty! We have also put asiago,cheese between the breasts, wrapped in bacon and BBQ….. Every time I go to the dairy I bring some home.

Pressure-cook the breasts then strip off the meat and put it into a brown rice casserole. $50 a plate at a high-end yuppie/DINK restaurant.
