Mines not shooting at 940. That's what the other guy said his was shooting at. Mines shooting at 925 with 18 grain. Don't think the regulator was adjusted but just the hammer spring. Bought it from talon tunes in January of this year. Did play around with slower velocities in the spring. But seemed that the groups opened up. I know it's part my technique. Because the bench I shoot my pellet guns off is hard for me to get comfortable. Cleaned the barrel and scope is fine. I'm fairly new to pcp's. But not guns and shooting. But you're right. These are the things to check first. What velocity does your cz barrels prefer the 18 grain pellets at? I have a chronograph so I can adjust accordingly. But if these are like powder burners. You can have two gun same manufacturer but may not necessarily like the same speed and bullets. Not sure about pcp's. But barrel harmonics play a role as well as barrel finish and stock fitting. So not sure if this is the same with pcp's. But I like pcp's. Because it's like reloading for powder burners with finding bullets and speed the gun likes. But once you have the equipment. Cheaper to shoot in the long run. I have about 600 pellets through it and cleaned it about 10 magazines ago. So advice is welcome. Thanks
Nice shooting. But from what I gather from what everyone is saying is that is to fast. Mines doing 925 with 18 grains. This was 5 at 50 yds. Apparently this isn't a good group or the other. With 5 that adds up to 10 shots. I will shoot at 70 tomorrow. That's as far as can shoot at my yard unless I get into clearing out some trees.
