. Guys I was working on my new to me Cricket Carbine 22 and had a major malfunction ! Evidently I fired gun without bolt completely closed and broke the cocking plate . .... When I tried to cock it next there was no resistance to the hammer spring . When I pulled out the hammer and spring the little piece of metal in lower pic fell out . Ernest Rowe has been contacted but doesn't have this part . Can anyone help me out here ? If so I would REALLY APPRECIATE IT !! I haven't even got scope mounted when this happened
That's the problem what I have told here many times! This happened me twice by my KC, so I sold it and I would never buy a KC again. It's just a matter of time before it breaks by everyone!
