Tuning Cricket gurus please help my 9mm

I have a used 9mm that has been a project since I first bought it.

I took it to the range, fired a shot. Sounded fine. However the magazine would not rotate. I put it away disgusted.

I am checking it today to see about letting go of it. Today instead of the usual boom, all I am getting is a mild pop. Even taking the shroud off, just a quiet puff.(barrel is confirmed empty) (1500-2500psi)

Cocking feels normal. Spring is fine. Hammer looks fine. Sliding the hammer back and forth with my fingers feels smooth except when the sear catches.

Please let me know what might be wrong with it now?

Wish someone could have answered and saved me stressful night.

I did figure it out now. The barrel creeped or was pushed enough by the misloading pellet to misalign with the port.

Borescope to the rescue. I am glad even generic tools can work
