FX Critique my tune

Here's my final tune...

Pellet: JSB Jumbo 15.89gr
30 round sample
Regulator: 98
Micro 2+22
Valve 5+5
FPS low/avg/high: 893/911/926 with 19 of 30 rounds between 909-917
Air usage: 1.875 rounds/bar, ~280+ rounds per tank

Very happy with projectile energy, spot on accuracy and low air usage.

Don't stop now, thats a pretty good spread. Even at the 19-30 shot count. Trust me learning to tune and tuning eats up some serious pellets. I'm still learning, the beauty of this addiction is seeking perfection in the balance. Good work.

There's a saying: "You get 80% of the answer in 20% of the time it takes to get to 100% of the answer". You can waste a lot of time trying to answer the last 20%.

I've gone as far as I want to with this pellet. I've shot over 2k rounds getting this tune.

I'm not that concerned with spread - you should see the skirts of these light pellets. That alone will account for lots of FPS variation. Individual pellet weight also has an effect.

And balance means different things to different people. I measure my "balance" with desired FPS, accuracy and air usage. So I think I'm in balance here.

Next tune will be for JSB Monster's at 25.39gr. That's going to be my go to pellet for what I'm instersted in.

Want to tighten things up and not touch a thing, use some AEA's . A few grains will slow you down to the 900 range but it should help you.
