Awesome. This was my first airgun ever, except mine was silver colored. I remember the box said you could fire 8 shots as fast as you could pull the trigger. I spent hours trying and later acquired the 22 extended version with florescent sight. Pain to take apart but fun to shoot. Should still have them at my parents house somewhere. Funny I noticed yours sounds louder than I remember. I always remembered these as my quiet guns. I used to shoot them in my house. But mine did develop leaks right away so maybe mine were shooting underpowered

Another great video, and I approve of the write-up ahead of watching video format. Crosman makes some nice airguns and the 1008 was no exception. Thanks for featuring and keeping it's legacy alive.
