She is back in business!!!
Ordered a new valve, transfer seal, and pump cup.
Came in about 1:45pm
Got to work. Made sure to takes lots of pictures bc I only found 1 other source of pictures online.
Less than an hour later and had it all done!

Function tested a.couple dry fires. Loaded a Hades.
WHAAMMM!!
SHE HOWLED!!

So I slapped another in and grabbed the chrono.
Back to factory numbers!
My first.full teardown/tinker

Start here. Remove that screw. There is a nut on the other side that has a.mold in the plastic so that it sits flush when tightened. Removing the screw will allow you to rive both HALVES of black plastic.
Roll pin to punch out under that black plastic cover.
Used a wooden stake to get enough wood under everything while still being level.
Halfway out.
Flipped the stake so that the pin had enough room to get out the rest of the way.
There is a cap in the end that you can now remove after pin removed.
It has a distinct shape.
The fully.slotted side goes.towards the pump handle.
The other side toward the barrel.
That pin also holds the pump arm. So now you can slide out that whole assembly without removing the handle.
Mine was gunky. So I cleaned her up and put some oil on her.
Of you are JUST replacing the cup. You can stop there.(the pump cup is on the end of the assembly attached to the pump handle. Use a cloth to get friction and grab/twist until it pops off. To install the new on I put a dab of oil on and it popped right into place of the old one.
3screws! These 3 screws will start the journey to inside. Once removed. There is a spring...in front of the trigger guard. Just make sure your that area is Pointed at you. If it springs out it lands in your lap.
I took it apart sloooowly to peak in before. That spring.
Once in half; you have this. The buttstock is also tied into this. However it has holes and a nice ridge to line it up.
Close up
This barrel is "shrouded". It slides.off after your halves are apart.
Safety closeup
That spring...can stay like that to hold it in place.
