Frank you could clean that up a little by going to the dovetail model, they are a bit more money but just an option

My prize possession Crosman 2240XL! Brass trigger bolt Custom wood grips, power adjuster, Hawke Red Dot w/a unique custom made moderator. Pigeons, Rabbits squirrels 🐿 crows, it's more than capable! Pellets shown below are my personal favorites.(Hunting). 40 full powered shots before velocity drop which is highly impressive..

Mine came a few days ago. Has the new style grips, the typical gorilla trigger but seems of pretty good build quality compared to my 2300s. I also got the plastic baffle for a NP2. I had the aluminum tube to complete the can. At the same time I also ordered wood grips off ebay and a super sear. So far so good. I'm sure it will be fun as soon as I finish the grps.
