Crosman 338 just resealed

I just resealed this Crosman 338. Third time is a charm. Leaked the first two times. If you have ever worked on one you know the parts spring up when you remove one side. A trick for reassembly is to twist tie the trigger back against the frame, install the trigger spring after. It relives the tension. After you replace the cover tighten the front screw loose and the back screw in the grip so you have a 2mm gap. This way you can lift the hammer arm over the first pin to its proper position. you will see it by the trigger with the gun upside down. finish tightening the screws. Last install the hammer sping and grip. I also teflon taped the head space adjuster to better stability in the frame.

I had a chance to test it and it work great. Will be doing a video soon.

The model 338 is a BB caliber semi automatic CO2 pistol with 20 round BB magazine. The 338 is a replica of the Walther P38 military pistol.

Another nice classic. I remember talking to you about the Heathways plainsman That I got that shot way off to the right. I was able to fix that by taking the side plate off and rotating the barrel a little over a quarter of a turn. Shoots right on now. And that 200 Daisy that I got has me so mad because the seller told me that it work great and not only did it not work great it didn’t work at all because of missing parts. I don’t know whether to wait to try to find another one to try to make a good one out of the two or not. But if you ever need parts for yours, let me know and you can have it.
