Tuning Crosman 600 Mac 1 seal kit

Hey guys. I was just looking at the mac1 reseal kit for the Crosman 600. I am wondering if there is any videos showing the process of heating up the brass fitting and setting the seal inside. I have never done one of these and I don't exactly understand what is being explained at mac1. Any links or pictures will help me out thanks guys.

 I looked for videos on how to rebuild one and there wasn’t much available. I did see one but the guy did a horrible job and was going out of camera view all the time. I’m not saying there isn’t any videos I just had a hard time finding some. The little bit of video that I did see of his look like that thing was a Pita to rebuild. There were several of the 600s out there that leaked for a good price. So I just ended up buying one that was already resealed and it functions perfectly. But good luck trying to find what you need.

Not hard to reseal the heat is just to make it more pliable. The article above explains everything about the MK1 you would ever want to know.

Here is all I can find in my archives on the 600. Sorry not much about the stem. I did not use heat when I put my new seal in but that's is about all I remember about it.

The 600 is complicated, but not difficult. There are about 50 parts to a 600 and patience is a requirement. I've used a Mac 1 valve on a SW78G with good success. However, getting it to seat on a 600 might be challenging. On the two 600's that I've resealed I used seals for JGairguns and ebay valves.
