I believe it’s a Canadian outfit. I’ve found a few odd bits there for some of my relics. This particular part is one that’s peculiar to the 600 and something of a weakness in the design. However, I suspect this reputation comes from the 600’s tendency to go full-auto when it’s almost out of gas, whereupon the loading mechanism can jam since it’s not fully chambering the next pellet. And this sudden stop in mid stride doesn’t do the cam ring any favors.I'm not familiar with this shop. Do they sell lots of vintages gun parts?
I'm mostly familiar with JG Airguns for these types of parts.
Either way - thanks for looking out for those with 600s. I need to reseal mine but I afraid to take it fully apart - it's not for the faint of heart.
There was someone making new ones some years ago, I suppose this could be one of those. If I had to make them myself, I’d prefer to redesign the mechanism for linear bearings rather than the wear-prone sliding fit that’s in there now.even if they have one for sale, the chances it is new would be hard to believe in good working order maybe, that would be the chance you would have to take
i see no problem buying from them
I’ll post a pic of it when it arrives.well the site states not that it is new or used or a reproduction
many would love to see some of these reproduced because i know that
JG show one in shock but i swear i can see fractures in the part
don't know
Cam ring arrived.I’ll post a pic of it when it arrives.
I’d be relieved if the cam simply fits the shaft without excessive slop.
