While waiting on my next 2300KT to ship from the Custom Shop I started fiddling with the rear sight on my last one and managed to lose a tiny little screw. I couldn't find a spare to buy anywhere so I called Crosman. They had no spares and said I would have to buy a whole new sight, but the very nice lady I spoke to told me to hold on a minute. She then checked her spare parts and found a spare rear sight that was used and took off the tiny little screw from it and is sending it to me free. I didn't even ask for that extra effort. I am impressed, again.
