 Chip,

Nice idea! Now get on down to the Playground of champions ( The Good Ole Boy's Club) in Pulaski TN, or send a rep. always something to learn.
You likely know Roz has held 2 FT National events and the Field Target World event in the last few years. GREAT guy. Knows Field Target. Knows what works and what doesn't, who's the FT shooters around the US and the World.
It would also be well worth Crosman's time to speak with Brad Troyer! He is often at both the GOB club and Inivcta in Minor Hill TN. Naturally Brad also KNOW's Field Target, what works, what doesn't, the people, ... ,....
"I" thought it EXTREMELY generous of Brad to offer Crosman a design he worked out for THE best Field Targets that can be made. (And just my personal opinion, though I do know of others) I thought it bordering on Rude blowing off his kind generous offer to Crosman - and the FT world- to provide Crosman with this design FREE. ( perhaps I should bring them to market? I could use the money, would need to contract out the machining but could use the money). Maybe re-think that one a bit? Most of the best FT clubs in the US DO have a ( 1, one) Gamo target, but that's it folks they are NOT a professional target. Ask any honest shooter from the Oregon National match about trying to use all Gamo targets.
Saw you have the Challenger pcp listed on the FT market page, and yes Han's and Ray use a HIGHLEY modified version ( $2,000 if a person paid to bring the factory unit up to their standards???) . Lumping Sillywet in with FT "may"(?) not inspire clubs to advertise with/for you.
Really just trying to help.
The Marauder, good. The 1701T pistol, good. The Armada, ummm? CR 2300T good.2300s, good. 1701p, good. NP2, unknown to me, so, well it is low cost, maybe good. Golden Eagle???? .177heavies in the 1250 box, good. .177 light in a box good. .177 in a tin, good for practice and chrony work.
Super match, ????? Benjamin CF tank, has the cracking in the coating been fixed, with certainty? If so good, if not BAD! Pump ( Sun opitics still recommending motor oil in them?) not so good. - do understand trying to get new folks on a budget in but NO experienced FT shooting would recommend that pump as it stands. Case, well ? Gamo target, okay for home use, "okay" for one Give Me shot at a match, otherwise, nope. Spinning target, home use only. Paper grid target, nah to pricey compared to printing them (clubs) yourself. Maybe in walmart for at home use but that's it, no FT shooter would recommend money spent that wayhope your inventory iosnt too large.
. Reset Zombie, home use only and at a match folks would point others to better units. Marauder single shot tray, a MUST have! Center point with lit reticule, not going to be recommended. Light center point without lit reticule yes. Mounts, yup got's to have some. Bore-sighter, no way, ( "hey just bring it down I will set up your scope for you", guarantee that would be said) . Universal sunshade, hope your inventory isn't too large.

Get to a professional club, talk shoot, succeed! The TEAM USA dealer IS increasing business being involved in FT. Maybe talk with the?

LOVE Field Target, really enjoy learning from the best. I would love to see your legit usefull products supported, and I do recommend those, but . If you want the "Crosman Field Target Shop" recommend across the board the products all need to fit the bill.

did I forget the discovery? Good starter rig that you'll want to move up from the day you can, better to get a marauder.

If you( anyone in crosman read all this) thanks for thinking of we FT folks.

Thanks for the input John. I was in Nashville for the NRA show and had plans to go to the 4/11 match but wound up having meetings that prevented me from getting away.

Re. Troyer's target, it's difficult to respond to every product idea that comes through so please don't take a non-response, or anything short of making a deal, as a "blow off". We have a packed product roadmap while continuously looking at new ideas. If something fits our plans, you can bet we will reach out.

I hope you can get up this way in July for the Crosman All-American, I think you would enjoy it quite a bit.
