Going to start playing with my .177 today (inside where it's warm and cozy) I bought one of each when they were on sale, and have concentrated on the .22 so far. If you don't mind me asking, what sort of groups are you attaining so far? What pellets have you tried?
Yall enjoy I have to go to meeting today. I did my morning workout.

I am getting 5 shot, 1/4 to 1/2 inch groups at 10m rested, for the most part. Metz 7grn seems very good and consistent 610FPS. I turned the power way done trying maximize my shot count until my compressor get here. Nearly blew out my back and hamstrings fixing a leak on my hand pump. (Easily 500 pumps in a few hours!) Took forever to find the leak (3 leaks)

I'm not going to get serious about testing until these contractors are gone. Just the basics and scope work for now.

Can't wait until Monday! I can shoot! If they're gone.

Good Lord! I don’t think I’d recover from pumping that much! Starting with my .177 this evening.

I pumped 70 strokes this morning and almost didn't want to shoot them out this evening. It was like gold in the tank.

I"m struggling with scope. the lil busnell 2-7X32 was perfect size but lacking mildot or similar holdover lines and doesn't have AO.
I just tried the banner 4-12X40 and in order for that to work I have to go much higher (not comforatable for me). I may have to wait on rescope and get the UTG Bugbuster at a later time.

Did you remove the rear sight?

yes but the bushnell bell lands right where rear sight use to be. Either your scope is longer or you can place it further forward because your scope clears the old site base.
Gotcha, I just ran into that mounting a Nitrex with 50mm objective on the .177. Had to go WAY high.

Finally got mine yesterday, did a few mods. Redesigned and printed a barrel band and was able to use an old scope that fits well. swabbed the barrel and laser bore sighted. It's holding air so that's a plus. hopefully get time to dial it in tomorrow.

Looks good! What scope and moderator do you have on there?

You may find it works better for you with neck issues.

Think I'll shoot 10-15 shots stop and pump because 70 pumps straight is a lot.
That is a lot (from experience), How in the heck @JimBianchi did 500 is beyond me. He must be an ironman! Gotta make sure I stay on his good side.
"Him my friend! Him kill my enemies!"

Bengen nice looking rig.

Do you think the barrel band increases accuracy or just wanting to avoid accidentally bending barrel.

Don't make me buy a 3-d printer I'm way over budget on this 130 gun already.
Out of all my guns so far, this one I’d think benefits from a barrel band. Take your thumb and finger and barely squeeze barrel and air tank together and you’ll see. If you don’t have a printer, buck-rail makes one for this gun.

Just now, fired three shots at my spinning prairie dog to warm up, then proceeded to shoot groups:

“Hey, I says to myself - not too shabby!”
Just need to dial scope in.
Next two groups were attempting that:

Here comes the good part:

“Yay! I got this thing whooped!”
And then very next group i shot this:

Getting frustrated.
Edit: these were at 37 yards in a 4-8 SSW breeze. Good conditions.
