Crosman parts

Has anybody else tried to order Crosman parts lately? I have the 800 phone number, I call Morning, Noon, night, wee hours of the morning, doesn't matter it's always busy and then hangs up. This has been going on for over a month so I wonder if we can even get Crosman or Benjamin parts anymore other than the very limited supply that PA has.

Wow, Crosman used to be great. I'm sorry to hear that.

I ordered some parts for my Prod in December. I think I had to call like twice and they answered. I only needed a few parts but they were all available and cheap.

I hope they don’t do away with the awesome parts availability. I feel like I should try to order some extra parts just incase. With the recent ownership change, you never know.

Let us know if the answer,
Rob

I think the issue is they are right, square in the middle of moving from NY to AR..
I spoke with a nice young lady the other day, Tuesday, abd she told me it is a mad house right now with the logistics change and packing up ..
I did ask point blank about future parts availability since Crosman has been bought out and she said there are No major changes in the works,,, we'll see

That's the story I got a couple of months ago

I ordered some springs for an Akela in the last week. The representative couldn't find them in the system, and together we presumed they were no longer available from Crosman, and may be available from Airgun Revisions, since they now have the remainder of the now discontinued Craftsman Series guns from Crosman, and maybe also the parts. About 15 minutes later she called me back, and had found the springs by adding the caliber to the end of the part number, and the order was completed.

I thought this was exemplary service, especially the call back. So, I was able to order parts last week for a now discontinued rifle. So maybe things are still the same.

Yes, in December the transition started. Warehouses, websites, many many areas of logistics are starting fresh. Even though the brand names will stay the same and made the same we are now ICONIC as a whole. The name represents all the guns that stood the test of time from Daisy, Crosman and Benjamin.

Now as far as parts, they will all be coming back online as soon as everything is in place. Trust me, even I can’t get parts because they need to stick with their plan to make it right. Parts are going to ship out of Rogers but shipping pcp parts out of Bloomfield is still on the table as a possibility after certain logistics are in play. Also on the table is the possibility of obtaining certain parts that were obsolete. This goes hand in hand with the Iconic name. Keeping the old guns going if you will. Again it’s on the table as a strong consideration but not guaranteed at this point.

From January we just need to hold on a few months till this blows over. It will be better for sure in the end.
Also all products and parts are now in Rogers getting sorted. All models of guns will be there end of this month but most all are already there.

This transition period has affected Airgun Revisions in ways I couldn’t tell ya lol, because we are usually the first to be affected and dealing with customers. So we absolutely understand what it’s like not getting parts but rest assured it’s all coming back better then ever.

I have parts on order since the 14th of January. I’ve called 3 times and get various answers. The parts acknowledgement I received is from a fulfillment company not Crossman, Daisey or Gamo. I assume a third party warehouse company that will be handling parts shipment. I don’t think we will ever see good parts service again like we had from Crosman.

noreply@damacofulfillment is what your referring to. It is not a third party. This is the portal when anything is ordered through all customer services for each brand. Even if you order a gun though customer service you will get this. Only the website ordering will have the branded email confirmation.
