Crosman Powermaster vs. 2100 Classic

Is there really a point to having both of these in the line-up? They're so close in specs and intended market.

IMO, the 2100/2200 should be improved so it is notably more powerful than the PowerMaster.

Or just remove it from the line and give the 397 a proper scope mounting scheme.

Crosman should make this something to legitimately compete with Daisy's 880 of 30 years ago.

I just looked at the specs and the 2100 has about a 90 fps edge over the power master. The powermaster is just cheaper and a little lighter.
