Much like Google Reviews - members are allowed to create (1) unique thread for each vendor/manufacturer. You may "edit" your thread at any time to reflect any changes.
My latest order from the Custom Shop arrived this morning, less than 10 days from placing the order. I get impatient awaiting a new air gun but it is no problem with these guys.
