Crosman Traveler , Yong Heng or 1k+ compressor

I just purchased my first PCP (FX Streamline). I'm looking to get a compressor. I have already spend more money that I originally planned .. seems like I'm going down a rabbit hole. I really want to get a compressor but can't mentally justify one of the high end compressors. Should I get one of the Chinese YH compressor but don't have read stories of pumps exploding (shrapnel). Anybody have one of the Crosman Travellors? Or just bite the bullet & get a Hatsan or Air Venturi $1300 unit?

I'd recommend that you bite the bullet, as long as you have the resources. You'll have something more reliable, faster and it will last much longer. In the long term you'll likely be saving money by only having to buy once.

Heck a Hatsan Lightning or Air Venturi is only a few bucks more than your Streamline. If you know or feel you will be sticking with it take the plunge. I currently own two PCPs was going to buy a third but got the lightning instead. I’ll wait a little while before my third PCP. Having HPA on demand is awesome, I can shoot as much as I want while my pellet supply lasts.

i have the Chinese YH for 6months now without problems fills a 109cuft tank in about 40mins from 220bar to 300bar. cost me 300 bux
