Crosman Two Stage Trigger

After scouring the web for info on 1377 trigger mods I seen a YouTube video about the 1701P trigger ass being a direct bolt in as long as the hammer is changed. I got the assembly from Crosman and the fluted hammer needed from a seller on eBay and all I can say is wow. So smooth and shooting at 30 yards today with JSB, RWS, H&N and even Crosman pellets it was shooting 1/2 inch groups from my Caldwel Matrix rest.

I am thinking around 350 total. Heck, the pistol was only 50 on Amazon . The Vortex scope was twice that but part of the fun was putting it all together and seeing how accurate one of these can be. I am also amazed how quiet it is with the BuckRail silencer. Now, I am not counting all the pellets purchased and the rest it’s on but it has been all worth it taking out the destructive chipmunks here and just shooting targets. It’s addictive imho and being retired it gives me another hobby when I am not out on my motorcycle . Don’t ask how much I have in them

I really miss the 1976 Goldwing GL1000 I had for 2 years from 1984-1986 as my only transportation. I put 66,000+/- miles on it in those 2 years.

Never have put that many miles on ANY other vehicle in that short time, ever... not even close!

Obviously I liked riding it, but only took one long trip up to the smokies/Gatlinburg. The rest was just cruising around with a lot of it at 45mph on the Natchez Trace parkway. Yeah, I miss those days...

That $350 in this little 50 dollar pistol is minor in what my other hobby has invested Kerry. I am just lucky I have a wife that is so understanding Price a set of custom motorcycle wheels . I ride a lot but not the miles you did in that short of a time. I did have a Harley Ultra we traveled on and we did a trip from here in upstate of SC to Austin Tx to watch a MotoGp race a couple years back.

Nice bikes! Do you do track days? The upstate roads around you are amazing, too.

There was a Hawk GT that I put over 70k miles on back in the early aughts. Commuting over 30k a year will do that. A track-bike that came in parts, and the battery wasn't included. It ended up being one of my all-time favorites. I'm still riding, but down-sized to a small Ninja. It does just fine for what I need. A friend has an '82 Aspencade that I brought back to life for him. A mechanical fuel pump on a motorcycle? Okay...

No track days, too old for that and having a knee replacement few years back it probably would not be in my best interest . Heck, the way everyone runs red lights around here just being on the road takes courage . You are correct we have some great roads here. My favorite is Hwy 178 from Hwy 11 to Rosman NC.
Yea, chipmunks are having a difficult time around here but chewing the wires on neighbors cars and fiber optic systems I figured they brought it on themselves .
