Thanks mayflow. It looks like a very good fit and I have a few holsters for other pieces but I'm reluctant to venture off of my property wearing one in case I encounter law enforcement. My area is very rural, so small the we don't have a police department but we are patrolled by the state pd and county sheriff. They're good folks just doing their job and I wouldn't want to add any anxiety to it. So I'd prefer to carry in a pouch until I'm remote enough to look for shooting opportunities.

I would look for a cross body chest rig. PB handgun hunters use them. With regard to the local LE, wear a jacket. :) A cross body chest rig is similar to a shoulder holster, instead of under your non dominant arm the gun is across your chest and can be presented very quickly. Keeps the pistol corralled while not increasing your width in the brush.

Good thinkin, or cops will think you are built like Hulk Hogan and won't bother you while wearing a cover garment. I have a lot of friends who carry PB concealed. :) Concealed means concealed. Many places are constitutional carry check your local laws and act accordingly. Since our air guns do not have features like "toy guns" treating them like PB in this scenario would be wise IMO.

I plan to carry a P3 for impromptu target practice (dead trees/branches) and possible pesting on our property. After searching in vain for a holster, it turns out that an old fanny pack’s main compartment fits it with a litrle room to spare, and a thin pellet container could fit in the pocket outside of that.

Usually I wear that pack with the bag in back. It can be worn equally well over the front and swung around either way. Not as accessible as a true cross-body holster (I have one specifically made for a PB revolver), but not a bad compromise given that defense isn’t the purpose. And it truly conceals the contents.

The pack has a firm foam pad sewn in, cushioning your body from hard contents.

It’s worth checking interior volume dimensions of similar fanny bags for possible use with your P1.
I like to pack a good pesting pistol like my P1 when I'm roving in my woods. Does anyone know of any particular models or vendor

Lots of very high price front bags on here, I am still looking for like a old arm sling and something to snug the gun down,
for this project 20 to 30 bucks pretty well tops my use,, I am checking old medical supply's places just to see
I want gun to set form and snug, But not tried into me so I can't get to it,,
And its got to fit a Huben,Reximex,aPP750 and the PP700 should be easy to find, OOPS and for the ones not listening thats one gun at a time , Not all of Them at once......
