Crossman Contact, Email Address?

Hello all, 

New to the forum and new to airguns. I have been trying to purchase a Kratos from Crossman but I keep getting errors saying the address I entered does not match my billing address.

I know for a fact it does and have tried another card and had my wife try hers. Yeah scary huh. LOL

Anyway I talked to Crossman today, tried to order the gun but was told they could not enter the discount code.

I came home tried again but not luck. 

I would like to get an email address for them so I can send screen shots of my order. Then hopefully I can call them and get a transaction done.

Does anyone have a email contact with Crossman?

If not i will wait till Monday and call them again.

Got this far just put in cart then straight after input the AGNATION code here it is what's the problem? Did it just now but don't need to order another Kratos I already got one. Maybe your CC companies don't recognize the NEW CROSMAN COMPANY?

I have seen others stating the same problem. The new S/W - host has been having a number of issues. Even when I ordered my SAM, about a month ago, I could not get an order through from my laptop, with a number of trys. It would fault in the final step. Tried from PC, worked fine. ??? Both run W10 with latest updates.

I called the next business day to order mags, and the CS person couldn't get the CC to work. Same one as the SAM was ordered on. Switched to different card, from same bank, and it worked. ???

I have read in numerous places that if ordering on the phone, they can't use the AGNATION code.




 
Update folks,

Crossman must have fixed their website concerning the payment glitch.

They returned my email this morning but I did not call in to try and order today. Just too busy at work to worry about it.

I decided I would give it one last try this evening. My payment went through no problems, so I think some it folks did a fix either today or over the weekend.

A new Kratos should be arriving in a few days. So now I have to go order a scope.

Big thanks to the forum for their discount code and a big thanks to Crossman for honoring it..
