Crown's Are In!!

Doesn't anyone think it is odd that a company has no information or any mention for that fact on a gun that is released for purchase. Who knows what accessory is going to be available? Who knows what barrel insert they are getting? I would think FX would have some kind of video with a brief explanation. Last I heard from FX was last winter showing the the gun at a show. At least get one of the top youtube guys (AEAC Steve, Ted, or Matt) the guns a month or two early to play with and give feedback. I think Tominco who bought his for full price is going to be first to do it. Tom did a heck of a job on the Impact.
All that being said.......... I ordered one and was willing to get a new gun without knowing squat about it, other then it seems cool. I turned down one stock to wait for a blue. So maybe FX is strategically playing the game.

I agree Dirte. They don't seem to have a publicly person within FX. They just seem to make the guns and get them out there. Maybe the plan is that this first small shipment of guns will get into the hands of the right people who then will over the next couple of weeks "inform the masses ".
As you say this could actually be strategic. Word of mouth is a great form of advertising.
But no user manual.
Do you think for small companies user manuals are a legal nightmare. Especially gun companies!
The less said the less legal responsibility. Although they have to have one!
Anyway I ordered one as well. Don't think we'll be disappointed!😉

i agree. for a high end gun company to not provide a detailed manual outlining the adjustments is odd to say the least. also, the barrel sleeve shouldn't have to be exposed to know what the twist rate is. that info as well as at least a basic description of the various adjustments should be provided somewhere. seems like a good potential for someone to screw up their gun due to lack of guidance and then have warranty work denied. that's gonna yield an unhappy customer.
