CS-3 Safety Valve HELP please

Hello members

Thinking the burst disc was blown I opened up the safety valve on my CS-3
And I learned, there is no burst disc.
The valve is a pressure relief valve with Belleville washers

And then I dropped it

I recovered the parts including 12 Bellevilles
What I need to know is"
- what is the proper sequence of Bellvilles
-is 12 the proper quantity

Thanks
Edward

Here you go
The first one on the pin will be bent upward... and then just go back and forth until completed

Update
The pressure release valve is back together, and the CS-3 is running fine.
With a deadhead in the line, I incrementally increased pressure working my way up to 4000psi to ensure it would not release prematurely.
I then pushed the gauge to 5K and the valve did still not release
Considering that this machine never sees more 3600psi (250Bar) maximum, I'm not concerned.
But I am curious to know if there is a good way to test the limits of the valve.

Thanks again @1900colt .

one way of doing it would be to have it at the lowest tension as mentioned by 1900colt and run the compressor with a dead head plug and listen for it as you watch the pressure gauge as to when it stops increasing. Then adjust accordingly. If right from the very start the relief valve doesn’t pop off at your compressors rated maximum pressure you might have to re-do the belville stacking orientation, then start over.

The limit is endless, completely screwed down and it will never vent. If you're using 3600psi max, set it to start venting just above that, say 3800... and it will keep your pressure from getting way to high. You'll still have the burst disk protection as well, but that will be significantly higher as the compressor is designed for 4500psi use
