Curious numbers

If you click on the leader board you will see that some members have a number between member and their location:

Member · 63 · From North Alabama

Member · 78 · From Scottsville, Alan County , Kentucky, United States

Member · 50 · From Calgary, Alberta

Etc, etc, etc...

Not all members have this number, so it got my curiosity going.

What is the significance of this number? What does it mean?

I have yet to see any of those numbers exceed 2 digits. In other words, I have never seen 100, 101, etc. If that makes any difference?
