I'm happy when I can hit my 1/4 inch wide "know your limits" target consistently at 25 yards from a bucket with sticks.
I think a 150 or better for the 30 yard challenge is good enough for hunting to at least that distance. Most of my guns were able to do over 180.
I also want MOA equivalent accuracy out to the distance I will hunt at. 1/4 inch group at 25, 1/2 at 50. I normally shoot 3 shot groups (which should be smaller than 5 or 10 shot groups). I think hitting a steel target or scoring well on a single shot per bull target is more important for hunting than group size. I don't have to hit the same spot 3-10 times but I have to hit what I am aiming at.
