I have an Avenger Bullpup with three bumps inside the barrel near the breech, resulting from the drilling of the outside dimples for the set screws. I never noticed them until well after the warranty was up. It shoots pretty well, but I've been thinking about getting a Lothar Walther barrel blank and finding someone to turn the breech diameter down and machine the o-ring grooves and drill the transfer port, as described in this post: https://www.airgunnation.com/threads/new-25-avenger-barrel.1280410/

Is this something you would be interested in doing?

I would assume that you might also be enabled to make a piston cylinder similar (but not exact) to the ones used for a Shoebox?
Made of aluminum (don't know the exact material). The original manufacturer no longer produces these and only used ones are rarely found (if any). Stopped production around 2016. I have one that is damaged and need one to replace it.

That would be a very simple job. I looked at the thread to get an idea of what's done and I can promise my machine work looks much better than what that individual got back. Not trying to be mean but honest.

7075 should be plenty strong for a mag release lever.

It looks more akin to a trigger part; it has what looks like a camming surface, which might need to be hard and wear resistant - this might be why it's made of cast iron, if it is cast iron (which is hard).
