So the finish is good enough! Not perfect but after nearly a week working on it I'm calling it good.

Very satisfying process to watch through pictures. I could imagine how you feel seeing it come together from idea to finished product. As always top notch work Loren

Very nice, and good looking wood, indeed! There are some cracks here and there, we can`t avoid overlook them - are you going ti seal them?

This is what the Texan should have been. Wow great work. I wish I knew how to do that level of woodworking. Very nice.

Loren, what's your address where I can ship this Boyd's Blank I have to? For some reason it's not getting milled sitting on the corner of my workbench. I have been watching it for months now and it hasn't moved a inch!

WOW, that looks great so far. Wish I had that wood working skill. That would look great on my Texan 50. The finished product anyways. 
EDIT: Oh, I didn't go far enough through the posts. That finished stock looks so damn good. If you ever think of making more & selling them, let us know.
