Customer Support? I could just say Hawke.

I am compelled to throw kudos out for Hawke Sports Optics, once again. I lost my torx wrench, for the turret lock down screw and thought, "What the hell, give Hawke a call". Their reply, "no problem, no charge". 4 days later I received a set of wrenches, a cleaning cloth, an extra illuminator battery, and another scope manual. How about a bunch of over achievers. Love you, Amy!

I've had just as good an experience with Hawke. I had a Hawke Eclipse 6-24x50 scope who's side wheel started acting up on me. I sent it in for repair and received a brand new Endurance 6-24x50 as a replacement due to the Eclipse being a discontinued model. Thank You Hawke! Now I just need to decide if I want to put it on my marauder, S500(both scoped already) or get a new rifle to put under it.
 
Great experience here also. Had a Hawke 2 years old that quit tracking (windage primarily). Called, they said please return and they would see what they could do. I suspect that once they saw I had not cranked the knob to stop and beyond, they made their decision. There was a new scope back at my house in about 2.5 weeks. Great job Hawke, I will definitely make my next scope from Hawke- (that will make #7 Hawke for me, all 4x16x50)!
