A pic of the DAR Regulator piston seat 'finish', straight from the factory.

Regulator does not work, this surface in the pic should be perfectly square and flat so that the seal which goes on top can actually seal.

They ran that piston over some buffing wheel and called it good.

Airsports is sending new parts; I'll let you know how that goes..

What are the symptoms? Is it creeping or being completely bypassed or...?

It went from not working at all to creeping after i replaced the o rings. That piston was fudged by whoever got that part in his / her hands at the factory.

I finally (took weeks and multiple calls) got a tracking number from Aimsports; hopefully containing what's needed to repair this..

update; they made it right. Took a dumb amount of phone calls, but it's sorted now.
