Davv compressor no more hand pump

Got a Davv scu30 compressor last night. Shipped from China in 4 days for $212 off ebay. Set it up this morning and added oil. Flipped on the water and ran it for 5 mins. All good as temp went up to about 110 deg. Then leveled off. Filled my 2 Hatsan at tanks in less than 1 minute each (2000 psi to 3000 psi). Filled the wildfire from 1000 to 2000 in 30 seconds. Temp got as high as 117 but dropped off real quick once the load was off. Let the pump circulate for 5 mins and temp was down to 70. I dont have an external tank (yet) but I think with care and patience this could handle it. Changed out the oil right away and surprise surprise NO metal in the oil. This beats the daylights out of hand pumping. It will literally take me longer to set up the water bucket than it will to fill both guns and the spare tank! Time will tell how this holds up in the long run.

Im using Ingrosol Rand full synth compressor oil for full duty cycle compressors. I have used this on all my shop compressors for breakin and my oldest one just turned 15 yrs old . I will probably switch over to Royal Purp!e after break in. The temps I was reading were in Fahrenheit using my IR temp gun. Manual recommend temps between 122F and 158F!!! No way im gonna let it climb that high! I was schocked at the lack of metal in the oil. Perhaps it was flushed before it was shipped? Time will tell as to the life span but Ifigure on babying it and keeping a close eye on the temp.

Hampton I have no idea. My hatsan 180cc tanks take about 200 pumps to go.from 2000 to 3000 psi. About 20 to 30 mins with a 5 min break to cool down the pump. I have a Benjamin wildfire also so hand pumping that and the 2 hatsan tanks was about 45 mins of pumping for about 125 shots. The compressor is about 3 mins of running for the same number of shots!
