Most likely ... The Poly o-ring that seals the Peek seat & poppet.
It hardens over time, gets a flat spot and starts leaking over time.
Tho some spritzing of soapy water at some of the external joints & connections and at Pressure transducer where screwed and checking the silicone sealing for not bulging, broke seal ... These areas needs to be checked before blindly going in.
