I find it odd they put a 3 cell lipo battery in their guns and then give you a usb c cable to plug into the gun that doesn’t seem like it would charge them properly?? Do the stock gun batteries have a short lifespan?
Good to hear. I just know these batteries are supposed to be charged in a manner that each individual cell is charged equally and I don’t think the supplied equipment will do that.Nope, the factory batteries work well for years.
The battery is an 11.1 V. All the rc hobby channels (essentially what the delta wolf battery is ) say that it is highly recommended to use a balance charger for multi cell lipos to get the best life from them. These chargers charge and monitor each cell equally. At least commercially, BMS don't monitor/measure/charge individual cells unless the pack is tiny.
In a 3 cell pack, I'd imagine they are all considered 1 cell (parallel) by the BMS and it allows discharge to 2.7V and charge to 4.2V.
What is the voltage need of the electronics?
