No, not easily. There's also a notch cut out in the foam for the handle that prevents an easy reversal.

Didn’t watch all of video and didn’t read all the threads… but I couldn’t stop looking at the scope mount. Is it me or Maybe the “advisor” can explain this?

It's for shooting trimming your toenails using pellets or long range gophers at 2 yards.

They put the guns in like that from the factory to avoid the scope hitting the handle. If you turn the foam around you have to cut a strip off below the stock and move to the other side. You would think they would care but obviously don’t.
