I change my board to a Helliboard and on 12 power I am only getting 820 / 66.45 with JSB 44.75, on my old board I was getting 873 / 75.74 on high, I haven't tested the JSB 50.15, on the old board it was 845 / 79.34 how can I get that 9 FT-LBS back?

Did you install the correct board? If you have a 11.1vdc version 2 Gun Control Unit (GCU-2) and installed the old version Heliboard you won't get good results. What voltage is your battery? Red Wolf of Pulsar?

What they said above. Jack asked me which rifle I had to be sure of the standard vs HP and also about whether I had the GCU-2 board. I had a couple follow up questions after the fact and he was always very responsive then too. I think Jack will be able to help for sure.

I would have purchased a .22 Red Wolf HP long ago, but I know I'd want a Helioboard, and I heard if you install one, it voids your warranty.

I guess when you buy a secondhand gun you don’t get much of a warranty anyway, All I know is that I did lose a few foot pounds but this gun shoots fantastic I bought a standard 25 caliber RW with the Helliboard and I had to have one in my RW 30 HP

First guess without more info, but are the solenoid connections secure?
Second is... what voltage are you trying to shoot on? I would think it would have to be 91.0 or higher.
All 30s are GCU2 but if you're asking in reference to a different caliber, 11.1 v batteries are only on GCU2 .

Go by what CC and Bob just said about the battery. They know way better than I. If that is what they say, then I would go with that.

You should not have lost power. Sounds like you understand that. As to why, the solenoid connection is the only electrical reason I can think of. If you did anything else in the process of changing it, then there are a number of reasons that the power could go down. If you want to pm me, I can certainly help troubleshoot.
93.1 v on your cap voltage definitely should be enough.
On the GCU1 and GCU2, GCU1 is 7.4 v batteries and GCU2 are 11.1v batteries. There are software upgrades on the latest GCU2 boards for a little more user control, so there may be 2 or more versions of GCU2 but the power capabilities should be the same on all of the 2s.

I am trying to tell you I took the GCU 2 out and put the Helliboard in with the GCU2 I was getting 75 fps and with the Helliboard I am getting 66 fps

Ok... seems like you're having a problem but not helping figure it out.
The 30 barrel I have yields 910 fps with the 50.1s on pl12. Something is wrong for it not to do at least 900 w 44s on pl12 at 93v. I shot those at 880 on pl10.
You've sidestepped a bit with the video here. With the GCU2 or Heliboard, you can definitely change between calbers and power levels with a barrel and probe change and/or programming. There ARE some requirements , though. In stock form, the valve and peek seal are different sizes for 177, 22, and 25 or 30. 25 and 30 have the same porting on the valve. Gcu1 versions also need an upgrade on the hammer and valve. So going up in calber will require more actions than going down in caliber.

Power level 12 on the Helliboard was at 93.1v I changed it to 90.0v and I am getting 75 fps again

Sounds like the overvoltage was causing the valve to bounce back too soon. Similar to too much valve spring tension on a mechanical gun. Could be verified with a full string. It can cause a bell curve like an unregulated gun.
