Daystate Delta/Alpha Wolf Valve Dwell?

Newbie to a Daystate Alpha wolf here. I have a question regarding valve dwell when setting up an 'advanced mode' set. Does this adjustment do essentially what the FX Impact valve adjustment knob does? I'm assuming it does, but I want somebody to chime in here.

Yes, when looking at it your voltage will give you your biggest bang for the buck for FPS increase. Then for consistency your dwell time can help you smooth out the FPS spread. I have a video here kind of explains a tutorial.
