Not really ! This is a Daystate Red Wolf in a target chassis stock for benchrest and FT

The Redwolf is a popular platform and Daystate is grabbing another little piece of, an already small, niche market by offering the upgrade chassis as a package.
Smart move on their part, assuming they want to stay competitive in an expanding airgun discipline like PRS or NRL or whichever one it is........

I will not be buying one myself, but I really do admire the aesthetics of the platform and what it is capable of.
