Daystate Huntsman Regal O-Ring - Need your help.

Daystate Huntsman Regal XL - about a year old. Slow leak - found the culprit - its a slice in o-ring (one of two) that seals air cylinder on valve body.

Does anyone know the size of the o-ring and where I can source a few from?

Ed, call AoA's service department, they are the service center here in the US, they will know the size needed. Found this...hope you can decipher!

I had the exact leak in my Regal XL about 4 years ago. For some reason, a list of the o-ring sizes is like a closely guarded secret or something. That's how they make their money. I ended up ordering the o-ring repair kit from AoA and replaced it. It's still holding air to this day.

I just taken the original o'ring to the o'ring store and ask for 10 or 20 with the same size.

Thanks. I believe that I used you post to guide my disassembly!

I actually bought my Regal from AoA and its under warranty, but I never use my airgun warranties, always fix them myself. Its actually a lot of fun. I quit sorting pellets, but I’ll gladly spend time tearing down a rifle and tweaking & polishing to make it better.

BTW, I took apart the bolt on my Regal to polish and grease it. If you do that, there is a BB under a spring that the top part of the bolt uses. It falls out when you pull the bolt out… ask me how I know, lol.
