daystate regal .22

PLG, My Regal XL is my oldest gun now which in the world of PCP ownerships sometimes isn't very long. I'm thinking it's about 4 years old now and there's reasons why I've hung onto it. It's a great gun, plenty of power which if you want is fairly easy to adjust. The plateau of shot string is pushing regulated performance for lots of shots before falling off the back side of the curve. Mine is extremely accurate and will shoot right along with my Vulcan, two FX's. It'll shoot JSB 16's and 18's equally well. Mine also came with a very, very nice stock. The ONLY drawback and issue with the Regal XL FAC is the cocking effort, but I know what to expect and now it's second nature. Anymore questions, don't be afraid to ask..

Oops, forgot there is one here on AGN with a scope included for $950

I had one for a while and thought they were amazing value compared to other guns in their price range. They have really nice stocks, they are light and accurate.

I only sold it because it wasn't really getting any use as I always reach for a bullpup.

The other gun you should look it in the price range is the BSA R-10 MK2. They also have nice stocks plus they have a bottle and a reg.

I too have been looking at the Daystate. I recently bought a Brocock Contour and absolutely love how light and compact it is. I am now looking for something light, compact, and with a little more power, so the Regal XL and the Brocock Compatto have caught my eye. The Regal is lighter, but the Compatto is more compact. The Regal has a nice wood stock.
I will probably be selling a couple of my heavier rifles to raise the funds to purchase one of these two rifles.
