Daystate Regal Trigger Malfunction

I've owned a Daystate Regal in .22 now for about a year. A few months after I bought it from AOA, the gun wouldn't fire. It was like the safety was on. Well after trying to find a good takedown diagram with no luck I saw no other alternative than to send it back to AOA. Shipping and "repair"? cost me the better part of 200.00 dollars by the time I got my gun back. Well today the dang thing started doing the same thing again. I'm going to call AOA to see if someone there in service can tell me what it is that is going out of adjustment, because i'm pretty sure even though i'm definitely NOT a gunsmith that is all it is.
But in the meantime are there any folks out there that my have an understanding as to what it is exactly that is happening with this gun.
Other than this one frustrating problem, the gun has been great.
Thanks in advance for your insights,
Dave

Daystate has a 3 year warranty so it should not result in repair charges. I sent my Regal to AoA about 4 months ago when my rifle was a little over two years old. Mine sounds similar where the hammer and it's spring somehow went so far out of adjustment ( I did not touch it) that I could no longer cock the rifle.

i shipped via FedEx ground insured for $70 from VA to AZ and I incurred no repair cost. The tech called me to review his repair and make sure I was satisfied with the performance of the tune he just set before they shipped it (no charge) back to me.
