Daystate Daystate revere .177

Hello guys,
I just bought a new revere .177 from aoa,
And after first tank I realized the sound of the rifle changed,
Upon inspection a portion of o-ring that holds the transfer port in place was sticking out just under the barrel breach port!!!
Called Aoa and they said it happens after every 600 or shots!!!
They are sending me some spare o-rings and if that won’t work,
I can send the rifle back to Aoa,
Now my question to all u guys who use these pcp’s
Since this is my first ever pcp,
Why manufacturer has this portion shaved off at the entrance bottom part of the barrel port which is letting the o-ring slip out under pressure???

How is this possible for an air rifle to be able to shoot anywhere from 8.18 to 10.34 pellets with absolute accuracy!!!
this revere really is insanely well made pcp!!!
I am comparing this revere .177 with my fx drs 500mm using same pellets on both to see the accuracy!!!
so far in 8grain class pellets the revere is clear winner,
I am using
8.18 H&N sport
8.64 h&n excite
8.64 H&N magnum
8.80 H&N field trophy
Will test my 9 grain class ammo next time and will update here.

The zan 10.03
and jsb knockout 10.3
both were spot on.
one thing I don’t understand is the
fps were around 810-820ish…
even though these slugs are lighter in weight compare to jsb heavy 10.34 which gets me about 850 fps!!!
Very strange…
Because there is more bearing surfaces friction against the barrel with a slug than a pellet.

The Bullshark is my 177 KO slug shooter and I got some great magazines made by Spike_9. I tested all the major 177 slugs in 20% gel. KO’s are the best expansion, ZAN Second, varmint knockers third and that’s where I will leave it if you want an expanding slug
Hold up, the varmint knockers expanded the least out of the 3???

lot more barrel drag/friction with slugs.

That is very strange, what weight were the varmint knockers? Whether they're 13.5gr, 15gr, 15.5gr, 16.5gr or even 18gr they almost always fragment for me.
15 and 15.5. The rifle is tuned for 10gr, so they just might need a little more behind them. They performed well, it’s just this rifle groups the 10 KO mk3 best.
When I was shooting 25 cal the varmint knockers performed the best out of my Cricket.

Gotcha, my old leshiy classic shot the KO best as well, didn't get much expansion with the 13.43gr. The v1 10.03gr expanded pretty well, the new v3 KO slugs expanded and shot even better than the v1.

I'm hoping my side lever at44 177 slugger will shoot the VK, I got them in 13.5gr and 15gr, I'm hoping the fit the mag.

The VK have always outperformed every other slug in every caliber I've tried in terms of expansion.
