They can load from the right but you need to move the pin and the magnet to the other side
of magazine if your buying a new gun ask them to change the pin and magnet for you.

You just push the magnet out and pull the pin and reverse them to the other side of the magazine

No need to take the mag apart.
Some magazines have a hole behind the magnet and just push it out with a small drill bit
but some of them you may need to drill a hole and then push out the magnet out and move
it to the other side
