Daystate Daystate Wolverine Sear stops catching

Hey all, need help!
Had an issue with my Wolverine and had to remove the trigger pack.
I simply unscrewed the 4 screws, dropped the pack, did what I needed and put it back. Immediately the sear would not engage, gun wouldnt cock. I tried adjusting the screw and that seemed to work initially and then 10 shots later it quit engaging. I adjusted the sear screw again and nothing Dropped the pack and reinstalled and that worked for a few shots then same thing again. Its been a vicious cycle. This is my main HFT gun.
The setup seems very simple and straight forward, I don't see where the issue is but Im also not a Daystate expert. I have removed the hammer setup twice now trying to get this issue resolved.
Ive watched videos over and over and nothing is standing out.
Ideas?

Yes, have been here too!
Doing exactly this, still having an issue. Tried adjusting the screw lots without any success. I must be missing something!

I don't know if the Wolverine trigger is similar to the Huntsman series. In the Regal/Revere, there is a small second stage sear engagement adjustment screw that is not disclosed in any of the Daystate information. It is hidden above the trigger bar, and the trigger blade usually has to be moved to access it. It is the absolutely key adjustment, but it isn't mentioned, probably out of liability concerns. This may not be applicable to the Wolverine, just thought I'd mention it.
