Daystate Wolverine tuning for HFT question

I’m shooting a .177 wolverine using jsb 10.34’s at approx 890 FPS.
Seems unnecessarily loud even with my Zero DB moderator.
Checking the regulator it’s at 160 Bar.
Seems a bit high to me?

>edit< Gun is very accurate but I use it for HFT so needs to be under 20 fpe <end>

Thoughts from wolverine owners or tuners?

Wolverine R .177 standard, power set from factory 4+ years ago. Favorite pellet is JSB 13

43 RD's at 795 fps, JSB 10.43's at 900 but the 10's inferior in accuracy. Very quiet with the zero DB on, very pleasant to shoot and supremely accurate...with the 13's...been perfect since I took it out of the box new with no issues whatsoever. Reg was set at 145 from new but at 150 now after break in. Note two 52 yard 10 shot groups shot on two different days...one flier each group...me...wanted to prove to a buddy it was accurate.

Daystate is notorious for having small action/frame and barrel transfer ports. They've blossomed as of late with the Delta Wolf / Ghost platforms, thank goodness. With proper porting you'd only need 135 bar or so. With what you have from factory, you will need 145 to 150 with your hammer stroke adjustment dialed in.

You certainly did an amazing job on the .25 EFT Wolverine!
