Dealing with stuck pellet tin lids

Use your finger nails and work your way around the tin until you get the right angle or get slight movement that allows the lid to come off.
If your finger nails are chewed off I bet you're not a plumber. 😁
Or maybe you are?
:poop: 😝
The 3 things you need to know to be a plumber
1) :poop: don't run uphill
2) Don't bite your nails
3) Payday's Friday

I think I understand the issue now, I just looked at my JSB tins and noticed the can has threads but the lid has 1/2" to 5/8" stop and start threads positioned around the lid in different positions around the circumference.

Yes, they are push on but are not slip on lids they're more of a snap on lid but have to be twisted off? The way I see it is, if the lid is snapped on in the tight position on the can's thread then it becomes jammed in place......

I've never had an issue as when I install the lid, I turn the lid counter clockwise to flatten the lid parallel to the can and screw it on as if the lid had full threads.
