Umarex Degassing a Notos

So, I need to degass a Notos. It has been bottle converted and is pretty much full, so I don't really want to fire it 125 times to drain the bottle. I pulled the lower trigger group to get at the "degass" screw, removed the screw, nothing! No hiss, no release of pressure, like a screw for nothing. WTH? What am I missing?

Can you unscrew the bottle gauge slightly till it starts hissing?

That’s not a degassing screw. It’s a plug for the drilled hole. Remove ur gauge slowly and it’ll degass

Another vote for using the gauge to vent. Just slightly loosen til it stays hissing, and wall away til it's done.

There is no degassing port as the others have already said, your only course of action is to give the gauge no more than 1/2 turn off its seat and let it sit until empty.

OK, that did it, thanks guys. Funny, I've seen in a couple videos where guys say that is a degassing port, and the screw does have an o-ring on it...go figure.
