I think everyone is sitting at home ordering stuff like crazy. We have no clue what’s going on at places like PA. I know where I work, there are changes in procedure daily. We are taxing the crap out of a system that was already taxed when things were normal. Places that see less volume might have the advantage right now for making angry customers happy in our current situation.

PA could probably ship faster w/ USPS. It takes 4+ days for a 500 mile delivery. When I buy from Trennier USPS is 3-4 days ( of course, this smaller orders)
AOA & UA usually take 4 days. 1500 miles! Go figure, I don't know. PA 'S orders are always packaged excellently. Guess I'll be patient.

Folks, i appreciate the responses. I do. But this is why i deleted my post and thread.
I did not complain on how long it took to fill the order or mail it. I dont care.
My point was a part missing on a expensive item that made it useless. Then after multiple calls to only get the wrong part sent to me. Then move on to multiple calls with dead end and then it took 5 days to respond to a email. That was my point.
Oh well.
