Let's get some hands-on reviews already peeples! I want one barring any disastrous flaws being reported.
Also, if they were going to copy the Impact, you'd think they'd get the bipod picatinny rail right but, no, it's the exact same, useless stubby Impact rail!

Copying the Impact is quite the stretch of the imagination. There are only so many ways to make a rifle look in a certain configuration.

For real???
You're going to say that the DW doesn't look an awful lot like the Impact? It doesn't take much stretching of anyone's imagination to see the similarities. Following your logic, there's only so many ways you can make a pistol, right? I mean its only got a few main parts - the grip, trigger, slide, etc. but, man, how in the world did they make so many different handguns that look so different from one another?
I didn't make my previous to knock the DW because I'm pretty sure getting one - but it's silly to deny that it looks very, very, very much like an Impact. And the fact that it looks like an Impact doesn't take any from all of the advancements it appears to bring to the hobby...but let's be real about its very Impact-like appearance.

Yes, for real. Think about it. Where would you put a picatinny rail on a rifle with a bottle below the barrel. Would you automatically make it longer (like the aftermarket ones) and pass the cost on to the consumer, or would you give the consumer a choice. They are both black (and other colors) and have to look similar based on the bull pup design. That is not something that can change as form follows function.
