N/A Delta Wolf or FX King

I'm going to be buying a new .25cal rifle this spring and have narrowed it down to these two. Not taking the cost difference into consideration....which one would you buy and why. I can make my own 35gr slugs so I do want to shoot slugs as well as pellets. The King I'm looking at is the 600mm version. I would use the gun to hunt with as well as shooting from the bench. When I mean hunting I'm referring to stationary set up, or walking around a farm. Not interested in shooting over 100 -150 yards. I can't use a moderator, so if one is quieter than the other, please comment on that.

Delta Wolf with FX slug liner is a great combination.

From my experience if you want to shoot slugs one day and pellets the other day from a same gun, there and back ... you may end up more like a airgun mechanic then a shooter. I've been on that track for some two years and just got tired of re-tuning.
My Impact ended as a dedicated slug shooter, but if I would buy the Pantera my life would be much easier.
Oh well, everyone need to learn what is a best for what games.

I'm real pleased with my .22/700 Panthera and, based on its accuracy and consistency I am considering getting a .25 King. Still undecided on barrel length - it would be 95% bench shooting so 700mm makes sense but 600mm would probably be fine for my backyard 128 yard shooting lane.

I have a Daystate - the Wolverine because I'm not comfortable with electronic airguns - possibly due to the fact I worked in electronics and high-tech my whole career. 😉 That being said, I'd take a pass on the Delta Wolf.

I like the King but am secretly hoping to see an Impact "MK4" 9or whatever they want to call it) based on the Panthera valve block.

Personally i have a ghost and a m3 i might have a panthera or king if they came out sooner but they are long guns and as far as im concerned are only good at bench. The m3 is my slug gun 22-25&30 and my ghost is my pellet gun 177-22&25. Have a red wolf will never buy another electronic gun. Take this for what you feel its worth
That's a shame. The Red Wolf would be nice in a non electronic version.

Dangerous thread.. it is like religion.
The Electronic rifles beats the mechanical rifles in flexibility. I bougt a Redwolf and fitted a Heliboard because i was tired of tuning my Crown up to heavy slugs shooting long range and back down to 8-10 fpe for garden plinking. I still have my Crown and i know from experience it takes almost an hour to retune and fine tune until i am pleased. My Redwolf i take out of the box select program 3 for shooting light pellets in the garden at 27 yards. Then i go to the shooting range select program 9, 10 or 11 depending of the slug weight. At 1000 fps. If i fill the magz. With knockout slugs. Fit the push on 3d printed turret with range ballistic for Knockouts. I just set the turret for like 88 yards and i am 100% sure i can hit within one click on the first shot‐ without even test shoot or blank shoot. If i put on a chronograph its spot on from first trigger pull. It takes only 5-10 seconds to go from slug rifle to garden plinker. With the low power program for garden shooting i can shoot a full tin of pellets of the full 700 cc bottle. It is both a powerhouse and a gardenfriendly gun that keeps superior accuracy in high and low power. And 12 custom programs to work with ....That is really

I don't deny the flexibility etc., but electronics on a gun is just wrong 🥴. Beautiful gun btw.

Ya now it’s tunable since you added more parts and spent more money on your $2800 gun.
