Derek ported the valve and polished the barrel and set this gun up to shoot the 25.39 JSB redesign monsters to a speed of 880 fps. Derek told me I could increase the reg pressure and hammer spring higher if I wanted more power. After reading through several other people shooting NSA slugs through their crickets, I decided to give it a shot. I know to give me the best shot at accuracy for slugs, I need to push the speeds a lot higher for pellets because I've read the slugs have more resistance in the barrel. I increased the reg to 135 bar and test, 140 bar and test, 145 bar and test.
I settled on the reg at 145 bar and this is what my end result:
40 shots 250 bar to 140 bar

Lo - 904 SD - 1
AV - 908 Energy - 46.5 ft-lbs
Max speed I was able to achieve was 922 fps 47.94 ft-lbs but the hammer was almost max out.
I tested out the cricket this evening at 50 yards in 5 to 8 mph winds
Two groups with 2 shots
I ordered the several samples packages from NSA in 17.5 and 20.2 grains. I do have some heavier NSA slugs and will test them tomorrow. It will be hard for the NSA slugs to beat the JSB pellets. I was able to get 8/10 shots 1/2 inch group.
