Is it possible to use a Diablo air filter between the air tank and the airgun. I only have access at this time to filling my Omega 100 tank at a commercial fire alarm and fire extinguisher business and they don't use moisture filters.

The short answer is yes! BUT it will waste LOTS of air when you have to vent it to unhook from your gun. The question here is WHAT is the commercial fire alarm and extinguisher business filling your tank with. If they fill Air Packs for Fire Stations then it is already Clean Dry Air and should not require any more processing to use in a PCP!
